The original TTBB version of this work won the 2014 Cornwall International Male Voice Choral Festival composition competition. Adjudicator Alan Bullard called it 'An effective and moving work which represents the best of the Male Voice Choir tradition'.
The SATB and SSA versions capture all the lyrical qualities of the original voicing.
